Pick up John Palmer's book "how to brew"... great starting point...

an older version is available online... but the book is handy...

He goes through simple beer making to what you saw here as all grain brewing...

You can make decent beer with just a few tools... then work your way up...

Hey i remember seeing your pics on brew talk. It's good you got in to the vids. I'm a x-yooper myself. Nice grain mill. I got in to vids too check my series on strong dark belgian ale. you are a true master of the all-grain.
