I am not sure if it's the cheapest, but I know the prices here were definately cheap...even for the foreigners it was cheap! You have to worry about the cops running them off in a hurry at night time! So if you go late, not many vendors are there because they get run off by the cops. I think it's maybe because some of the vendors don't have the proper permits/paperwork....I perfer it over Khan a Kalili anytime....Khan a kalili is nice too, but too touristy and for that reason too expensive.
