  • Isn't it recommended that ALL women-mesomorph or not-should lift weights for stronger bones? If you get bulky fast then don't do it as much, but it is important to keep your bones strong by lifting weights.

  • @Trinilicia Well, it all matters to your you prefer. There are plenty of healthy people who don't lift weights, they are just very active and eat healthy food. Lifting weights is a good way to increase strong bones, but there are other types of resistance you could use like body weight or bands training.

  • Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my sister got great Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • @MrMslovemusic2 you cant target one area (unless you get plastic surgery). Doing cardio workouts will overall slim you down, and you would get a tight cute butt.

  • @rachelnvp36 ...wells its refined, which means it stripped of its fiber , which means no nutritional value for you, so you can eat it, but oatmeal is much better.

  • This was very informative, usually when I see a movie over 5 mins I am very reluctant to watch it because very few people get straight to the point. They like to spend like 4 minutes giving us their life story, which is nice and all but not what we came for. So you get thumbs up for getting straight to the point throughout the whole video.

  • @nevawrong Not most of black women who are beautiful are mean. I know a bunch of beautiful black women that are all very sweet. It's probably where you live I guess? I do know what you are talking about, but I wouldn't say a majority of black women. It depends on where you are. But I can't say much I am hating an Asian guy because I got tired of black men ;)

  • @lit26 you are so right, i was losing my weight from my middle very well, and i started eating candy like i am addicted to it. Now my waist is increasing, so now i will stop eating sugar again, and pick up my zumba 20 minutes express and burn this fat. so good for you for pointing that out.

  • My secret, well it's not a secret actually: jogging on the treadmill for 40 mins everyday and stay away from the junk. I stick to a vegetarian diet.

  • @gray87 Cardio's, why don't you tried the zumba 20 minutes express it burns major calories and weight lifting

    also tone your back area and the same time you can tone up your glutes at the same thing. You must change your diet, swap out different foods. I used total gym and that helped me a great deal check out the DHerbs.com check out the total body detox

  • @gray87 I suggest you tried the zumba 20 min.express and change your diet you have to reduce your sugar intake, eat whole wheat pasta instead of the regular, eat meat like a side dish not as a main dish and include weight training into your regimen check out weight training for dummies on Amazon.com. I hope that helps.

  • @Divavette buy a juicer and start juicing celery, apples and lemon. or juice beets, they will naturally decrease your BP drink green tea it will increase your output and thus decrease your BP. weight loss and exercise will help reduce your BP. Good Luck Divavette!
