There seems to eventually be some problem with everything we eat.I am really confused and ready to try using anything I choose.I have used Splenda for about three years.I have not had a problem at this point.Blood work fine ,feel fine, etc. It is not impossible that some issue could come up at some time but so far,it's good.
I gave up Splenda on advice of a doctor. After increasing bouts of memory loss, cluster headaches and other problems. I quit all artificial sweeteners for a month then drank a fruit juice with splenda and the symptoms returned within a half hour. I no longer use any artificial sweeteners and those problems are gone. I have to agree stevia is a much better substitute.
This guy looks like he is going to kill someone! Sugar is good for you!! Its really good for your brain, however if you have to much of it you will get problems just like any food! Sweeteners are bad period! Just avoid them! You want it sweeter use sugar and do a bit of excise.
@TheShooters Salt is a rock (NaCl). Sea salt sometimes contains a higher percentage of other minerals (not just NaCl.) Iodine is added to salt on purpose to prevent diseases that were very common with deficiency (Goitre, etc.) You can buy regular or sea salt in both iodized on non--but remember humans need a tiny amount of iodine from some source on a regular basis.
i totally agree that artificial sweeteners like splenda are harmfull.
i dont know about those other two you mentioned. i think unrifined sugar is still better, u knw the brown one. coz brownsugar may not be as sweet as whitesugar nor the alternatives you named but, less processed less risk!
Beside the potential dangers in sucralose, studies indicate that aspartame converts to formaldehyde when heated, so I would not be ready for that until my time is up.
Fascinating info video, I was just about to switch to Splenda, but now I'll follow your advice and go for Stevia instead. Thanks for sharing, great video!
Thank you! I am glad I was able to help you make the best decision. It is scary how so many things have hidden dangers and some we don't find out until its too late.
hey what i have CF related diabetes I have to have a lot of salt and amount of sugar but I am so confused because like I am only 11 and I want to know what kind of foods I should have.
I just prepared a dish on this channel which would be great for those with diabetes but if the spice is too much then replace the hot peppers with red peppers or green peppers and omit the cayenne pepper. Using Stevia will not raise your blood sugar. I also heard reports of Stevia actually lowering blood pressure and your blood sugar could also slightly lower blood sugar.
I don't appreciate your tone of voice

research truvia too because it is produced by coca cola and it is
a COMBINATION of stevia and another sweetner.....I believe it
isn't the best for you.....look it up......
best to stay with 100% organic stevia......

This is great! Also, have you heard of unrefined sea salt as a substitute for iodized salt?
