what's annoying is that you have to convict eli for the murder which i think is very unfair added to the fact he gets back handed by rusty when hugo clearly is the killer with all the evidence but putting him away leaves his daughter orphaned and you getting scolded at by the DA. They should have just kept the rapist eli on probation and kept away from schools and parks and they should give hugo life in prison. but no you can't win in this case.

This case bugs me a little... the husband clearly did it. Had more motive, and all the evidence pointed to him. What I don't get is why you can't charge them both. Him for being a creeper, and him for murder. Idk.
If Rooney was convicted of child rape, he wouldn't be allowed near schools, so him being there would be enough to break parole and get a conviction.
...I watch too many cop shows XD

@joemarle It wasn't Hugo though. If you've played beat Homicide you'd find out. Either way, its pretty obvious its not anyways as the killer in the opening clip is skinny and wears a hat... and looks more like Eli Rooney than Hugo Moller...

First off, the video at the beginning when the mystery guy hits the girl with the tire iron he is CLEARLY wearing the same clothing(hat) has Eli when your interviewing him. Second, you do NOT charge MATT PARKMAN under any circumstances cuz he'll just get himself out of it by manipulating your thoughts. :)
