we just got a new cat and made the living room HIS room, its all set up for him (litter food toys). Our old cat we keep him out most of time, just enough so they can scent each other thats all at the moment. After the first nite we notice he used his tray although his hiding place is behind the TV all day. The cats first smelled each other on his arrival and never hissed or anything which is good. Any idea how long it takes for my new cat to develop courage to come out or any tips??
