  • how many different bibles are there and how many times were they changed and updated? you cant be sure that what youre reading is the same as it once was it might be incorrect. On the other hand, the jews wanted to kill Jesus, so i think he had alright to defense.

  • @1outtasightouttamind "On the other hand, the jews wanted to kill Jesus"

There's no historical evidence this actually occurred, and the biblical accounts, written long after the fact, were of the Pharisee's, who kept the Torah when jesus broke it.

  • U see he speaks in a very twisted manner throughout the bible. A person who don't even know that Jesus was crucified in the cross wont understand most of the words Jesus have said before his crucification. So its quite hard for us to understand such twisted verses.

  • i have a father...i know he loves me cuz he provides for me, takes care of me, talks to me....i can SEE him...and he would never abandon me. Because i can acknowledge his existence ...i love him back...now god is suppose to be the father of everyone...yet some cannot see nor hear him...and if we can't... instead of getting to know our father...on judgement day he shall abandon us to a world of pain.....WHAT THE FUCK KINDA GOOD FATHER IS THAT?!?!?!?!

  • @Vonniesistah Sorry brother. You are creating your own image of God. If you have no relationship with God, then place blame on God for pain and suffering, then assume God does not love you is something called Idoltry. Have you thanked God for air, family, food, shelter, clothes, job, friends, and all the beautiful things He created? Or are you just angry because somebody has more than you or less than you? God offers eternal life and died to save you from hell. Aren't you grateful?

  • @kimkerchner ....(im a sister) that's cute how u made it seem like i didnt at least give god a try. the fact of me thanking god is not the issue. ya i'll thank him for the good stuff...or what ever almighty being created me...the issue i'm having is religion and how there are many different religions ALL basically saying the same thing BUT only one is correct...man thats bull shit...i have no problem god...but religion can kiss my ass

  • @Vonniesistah Religon is one thing, but Christianity is something totally different. In religion, you (Vonnisesistah) are required to do something, or follow rules, be good or do whatever the religion requires in order to make yourself right with God. The problem is this. Nobody can do all the things that religion requires. In Christianity, all the work was done on the cross by God Himself (Jesus Christ). We are made right by faith, not by following religious rules. Does this make sense?

  • @kimkerchner ...so u only follow the way god wants and thats to love and treat people right??

  • @Vonniesistah I wish I could love and treat others the way God wants, but I am unable. I am a fallen person, unable to live up to those standards. I am far from religious and have no desire to follow religious tradtion. I do however have a strong desire to please God out of gratiude for the sacrifice He made for me when He died on the cross. I am a sinner who needed someone like Jesus Christ to pay for my sins, because I am unable to pay for them. Christians are sinners who need a Savior.

  • @Vonniesistah Many people confuse religon with Christianty. Christianity is when you submit to God, admit to your sins, ask God to forgive you, place your trust in Jesus Christ for eternal life and repent. Repent means to stop doing things that God hates.

Religon on the other hand, is trying to be good thru a form of religious rules and tradition in order to please God. Being religious deminished the work Jesus did on the cross. Many religions twist the truth and confuse people.

  • @Vonniesistah Many people want to blame God for the bad things in life, but quickly forget all the many good things God has given us. We think God is unfair when children die, and blame Him. We forget about all the ones that live, then fail to thank God for the good things. God allows us to live as we want. He wants us to invite Him into our lives, but we have too many excuses and reasons to ignore Him. He stands there with His hand out. Have you reached out your hand? Seek and Ye Shall Find.

  • One day, there will be a final judgement against all non believers and Satan. All the non belivers will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Those cast in the Lake of Fire are those who rejected Christ and sinned against God. God does not want you to reject him and wants to give you everlasting life. Don't waste the opportunity to grab the free gift. I am a Christian because I need a savior to save me for the sins I committed agaisnt God. Jesus saved me and will save all who trust in Him.

  • @kimkerchner coolstorybro. humans who lived before Christ are screwed then?

Oh and you are saved? I think you need to be dead to figure that one out buddy.

  • @slickrickdarula Humans who lived before Christ was born are saved the same way people are saved today. You are saved by the grace of God by having faith. Faith is a gift and not of our own works. Ephesians 2: 8-9. I am saved because I have placed my total trust in the work Jesus did on the cross. People who lived before Jesus were saved by God because they had faith in Him. Noah and his family were saved by faith, others rejected God and were killed by a flood. This is just one example.

  • @kimkerchner 1st How can you claim to be saved? How do you know what Judgement God will have on you? Are you claiming to speak for God? You can hope and wish and prey for salvation. You cannot declare it. God gives it, not you.

2nd ''Faith is a gift and not of our own works.'' Well if that is the case... why do people preach? Why even bother? If it is set in stone why do people gain and lose faith... let alone change faiths.

No offense you need some comparitive religion courses

  • @slickrickdarula I am saved by faith not by works. God Himself gave me faith and having faith in the works of Jesus Christ alone is what saves me. As for judgement, God has already judged me and I am guilty of breaking his laws and commands. I have earned hell as my punishment. The only reason I am saved from hell, is because Jesus died on the cross for the sins I commited against God. I asked for forgiveness, placed my trust in Jesus and Repented. My works earn nothing. Chirst did it all for me

  • @slickrickdarula Your other question about why people gain and lose faith and change faith. Changing faiths, do you mean changing religious beliefs? Many people change religions. But religion has little to do with having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ the Lord and Savior. Once someone is saved, I don't know how they can be unsaved! Being saved doesn't mean we become perfect. We are still sinners. That is why we need Jesus Christ. He died for all sins, past, present and future.

  • @kimkerchner your Nicean dogma makes no sense at all. I am hoping by having you repeat to me youd realise how ridiculous these MAN MADE theories are.

George Bush Jr declares himself saved and born again... declares faith in Jesus Christ... so is he saved? Is he going to be in heaven? If so, I want out. I do not like the company of politicians with that much blood on their hands. mmm To think of it. Hitler was buddy`s with Pope Pious... Are they saved? Does being saved stop sin?

  • @slickrickdarula I don't know what NIcean dogma means? I have no theroy, nor is what I believe man made. Only God knows who is saved. God is Jesus Christ. Jesus said, nobody gets to the Father except thru Him. People who are sinners, like George Bush and myself will not go to heaven because of our sins. We have earned punishment in hell. Trusting in the blood of Jesus Chirst the Lord and Savior is our only hope for eternal life. He also saves us (the sinners) for eternal seperation in hell.

  • @slickrickdarula If you are a sinner you will be left out. All Liar, theifs, adulters, murders and the likes will not inherit heaven. People don't go to hell for not believing in God. They go to hell for sins against God. Jesus paid for the sins when He died on the cross. Those who turn to Christ and place their trust in HIm will be saved from hell and be granted eternal life. Jesus came here to save sinners. That was his primary mission. He laid down His life so that we could have eternal life.

  • @slickrickdarula Many people declare things, but that does not mean that because one declares it, that makes it true. God wants the heart, not lip service. He knows the heart. If your heart has not been changed, you are an enimey of God. God is the one who changes the heart. Do you know the difference between a Christian and a Born Again Christian? Your not a Christian unless you are born again. Being born again is in the gospel of John chapter 3. Good stuff to read.

  • @slickrickdarula Being saved does not stop sin. We can never stop sinning. But we can have a different attitude toward the things that God hates. If our attitudte and heart have been changed and we stop chasing sin, then our hearts were changed by the work of the Holy Spiirt. This is not something we do. We can try to clean our self up outwardly, but if the heart has not been changed we are only fooling ourself. You know the things God hates.

  • @DarthNemeses lol, well said :)

  • Jesus was alluding to what he will one day command his angels to do to those who deny Him as their Lord.

  • I love the argument that the bible isn't to be taken literally. Which is it? I just don't get how it could be one or the other. In which case do you decide? Is there a decoder ring I wasn't given at Sunday school? Sigh....

Anyway, nice work azsuperman01, keep up the good work.

  • The popeJohn Paul II him self said the bible is not to be taken literaly . It is also belived widely that there are some mistakes and misinterpretations in the bible. Jesus may never have said that. Also even though Jesus has documented existance that dosen't prove he was the son of God so the Bible may not be corect what so ever.

  • thumbed up. with there being over 30 000 denominations, you can be sure there will be about almost as many interpretations

  • Tkathryyn: It would seem you have made your decision. I was only trying to throw you a life line, but your refusal is clear. I won't bother to send another.

  • Tkathryyn: Have it your way, God will not force his Salvation on you or anyone who chooses to live their lives without him...he's a gentleman in that way. However, this life was never intended to be lived without him as our creator, but you have been given a right to choose your own path, but in the end, you alone will be responsible for the outcome. God is not hateful or even mean, but full of love, which you will never come to experience...sorry to say.

  • @1LonePuma "you have been given a right to choose your own path, but in the end, you alone will be responsible for the outcome". So if I don't believe in your god, he would give me an outcome that is not desirable? Hell?Sounds like mind control and terrorism to me. That's what religion is. My people in Philippines were forced to abandon their religion during the Spanish conquests. Now 90% of Filipinos are christians. My people didn't have a choice. Convert or die was their option

  • @tkathryyn @ I WON'T WASTE MY MIND ON THINKING: FUCK YOU 'CAUSE WE ARE GOING TO WIPE OUT THE CHRISTIANS, YOU ARE ALL HYPOCRITES! :)

    love

    ~The Cult

  • @PangoliaDogg15 Go ahead. I can care less because I'm an Atheist.

  • @1LonePuma I was reading some of your emails to Tkathryyn. How is it, that you know Tkathryyn will never experience God's love? Careful on judging others. The bible does say we are all sinners, however, everyone has the opportunity while still alive, to repent and place their trust in Christ. You have an awsome responsiblitiy to share the gospel and plant seeds for salvation. Getting frustrated and trading insults has little effect. You and I were also enimies of God and He still saved us.

  • @kimkerchner: Kim, at least I'm saying something, what are you doing?

Never mind, I don't need another know it all!

  • @1LonePuma Friend, I am simply trying to reason with you. It is great that you stand up for Christ. As Christians we need to be able to defend our faith. Defending our faith and communicate the gospel. That's it brother. There is no need to insult, belittle or start a fight in an effort to win someone to Christ. I don't claim to know it all or consider myself above correction. If I am out of line, I need to know it. I apoligze if my comments offended you. I hope you can forgive me.

  • @kimkerchner: Yes, I understand what you're saying, but there's much more to it. If you choose to take a passive aproach, that's fine.

    Best regards

  • Azsupermand017: I wouldn't let your ignorance get the best of you just yet. The parable as you read, was about a man seeking to be a king. But I'm sure there are many other things surrounding you that you don't understand, but you accept them anyway. Putting a round peg into a square hole still doesn't work, in-spite of what you say. Before making such accusations, consider asking a preacher who may enlighten you. Don't shoot before you recognize your target, it might be a friendly Jesus!

  • As usual, people taking even an allegory out of context. Azsuperman01: People with little learning or understanding will never understand the mysteries of God, hence the parable...duh. Perhaps a review of the scriptures might clue you in, but if not, I'll include this search and site so you can investigate the obvious answer, if you have a mind to. Remember, Jesus was without sin, unlike you.

[Jesus Walked: #84. Parable of the Pounds (Luke 19:11-27)]

  • @kuitta10 The love of jesus? Perhaps you meant to write hatred?

  • All I read is hate and anger from everybody. Why are the righteous always so angry? Jesus didn't write anything you read. The first words were written 60 years after he died by someone else. How can you believe any of it? You people scare me. So much hate and death. How is that holy? How is that right?

  • @youaretheantichrist True, And jesus wasn't God either, yet the Moron in this video picks on this. He is merely picking on mans false inventions. But make no mistake, God is among us and doesnt want us to transgress. All religions are in fault in some way, Had we all believed in God and no religion then the world would be a graceful place. Such is man, such are the wicked.

  • @shootomatic WHEN YOU TALK TO GOD, IT'S CALLED PRAYING. wHEN GOD SPEAKS TO YOU AND YOU HEAR IT, IT'S CALLED SCHIZOPHRENIA. Sorry, I don't hear things and if I did, I wouldn't rule out other possibility first before assuming it's your god speaking. Now go away. Science will prevail. Science favor ATHEISM.

  • @tkathryyn: Actually, science is catching up while finding there had to have been a creator. I suggest you catch up with their more recent findings. Even so, only a fool believes there is no God. God is in everything seen and not seen, think about it.

  • @1LonePuma In other words, you believe something that you can not see and have no proof of. I don't believe in gods, but I believe in very advanced civilization playing god to primitive life forms. They are so advanced that they have what you would compare to as "god" power. That I believe in. Civilization type 3 and above is probably where you will find billions of god like creatures. I will still not worship any entity who try to impose their will and rules on me. I can function without them.

  • @1LonePuma "I suggest you catch up with their more recent findings" .... Really? So you have researched this? If you please provide links to your claim of "more recent findings". If you got the information from a creationist's site, then it doesn't count. Creationists are morons, trying to "wedge" religion in science. It'll never work. They've tried and tried and failed over and over again. Religion will be minimized in the future.Teach your children well because atheism is in the rise in youths.

  • Hmm, a toughy. I find some parables to be hard to understand even after I change them into regular speech. But Jesus was telling the story to teach a lesson to all the people who had a fit he spent the night in the house of a "sinner". He wasn't literally saying that we should kill all non believers. Maybe it was more like a shut up and think moment like when he told the men who were going to stone the adulteress that the one without sin could cast the first stone. Jesus didn't like hypocrites.

  • LOL u fucking idiot. you miss interpreted it. how ignorant of u.

  • @shootomatic

calling him a fucking idiot, how Christian of you.

  • @JoshRobertson142 Not Christian at all? i just believe in God.

  • @shootomatic That's why the bible is dangerous because anyone can interpret it the way they see fit.

  • @tkathryyn well i experienced God before i read the bible, infact much of it i never understood. you dont need the bible nor a religion. he can still reach you if you are willing, that for God is easy enough. It is unfortunate some mis-interpret and lead astray from the truth, if you could only imagine how great he is :-(

  • @shootomatic So you are saying that you felt or saw something even before you read the bible. They could just be coincidence. Have you heard about a disorder called schizophrenia? Sleep deprevation? Some legal and street drugs? They can make you feel/hear/see things that are not there. You can't dismiss the possibility that those are some of the factors why in the GENERAL PUBLIC, we have these instances, but you found yourself a god. You don't understand it, but you believe anyway. I am not weak

  • @tkathryyn First of all, dont insult my intelligence. How dare you accuse me of being dissillusioned, on drugs or suffer from a terrible mental illness. Are you really that ignorant? IM sorry i didnt have a video camera to convince you. God reveals himself to whom he pleases, obviously he hasn't revealed himself to you, the reason: because you are puffed up in pride and with a faithless heart. You dont know what it means to be spiritual.

  • @shootomatic I know everything about spiritual. I was once religious but unlike many religious people, I didn't have FEAR to question. So if you see something that can't be logically explained, it's the works of your god?

  • @tkathryyn First of all its spelt "spirituality" and you were never spiritual. Because if you were, you would have never gone back to ignorance. Yet here you are, blind deaf and dumb. I've questioned God many many times about discrepancies in the bible, and Koran. Everytime he has revealed an answer that makes perfect sense that unifies evolution, apes, the big bang theory, and God into 1 explanation, so easy. Now go from me wicked one and do not utter another word to me.

  • @shootomatic and the truth is what I really see only after careful observation, critical analyzation, apply the "process of elimination"(that means If I feel/see/hear things, I would investigate all possibility until I reach a solid conclusion with evidence rather than make quick assumption without judgement. I see the truth alright..the world is suffering from mass delusion and most people are content with that delusion. It's your cup of tea, so be it. As long as you are peaceful and happy.

  • @tkathryyn Who are you to dis-credit the millions of believers in this world? perhaps it is you that is disillusioned. You think ur smart, but ur not. I have gone beyond studying the universe, evolution, man, creation, and have found that these things are HOW God created us, thus i have unified everything into a single theory and have been presented undeniable, obvious proof, often in a physical form. This level of intelligence you will never reach. Rather, you flap ur lips in sin.

  • @shootomatic "I have gone beyond studying the universe, evolution, man, creation, and have found that these things are HOW God created us" ...Science is not for you. It will mess with your brain if your religion is that deep. ..

.."thus i have unified everything into a single theory and have been presented undeniable, obvious proof, often in a physical form." Can you please tell me this "single theory" of yours? I want you to explain "obvious proof, often in a physical form".

  • @shootomatic Your intelligence is clouded by your fairy tale beliefs. Now go away.

  • This is not a parable!! this is the great white thrown judgement (rev20-15) dude be afraid be very afaid Jesus came as a lamb to the slaugter when he returns he is going to be a lion with fire in his eyes. the next verse in luke is when he enters into jeruselem the next time he enters he would have done what he was talking about in vs 27. You are his enemy why?? ask yourself?? He is going to slay you my friend

  • Because in the rapture, those that are raptured fight with Jesus against the army coming against him.Mainly because they know all about the evil in the last days, and deserve to take part in destroying evil. The parabal is about the coming of the kingdom of heaven. Jesus purchased it with a sin free life, suffering & execution unwarranted.the nobleman is christ not God. jesus was receiving the kingdom from God, for his sacrifice. & if God creates something, cant he kill it if he deems it so?

  • the bible is not 100% accuarate we never know wether or not the writer of the gospel put a little something extra in there

  • this is an eternity parable about the second coming of Jesus. when jesus returns the dead shall rise in the form of flesh, the righteous on earth will be lifted to heaven and those left on earth will face the great tribilation and many will be killed by the antichrist and his angels.

this is therefoore NOT a free pass for any religious group to go out and kill anybody!

also there is this misconception that God is all gentle and peaceful. yes, but he is also a "consuming fire" & a "God of War"

  • No religion has killed more people in the past 2,000 years than the Hypocritical Dark Cult of Christianity.Crusades,Inquisition,"witch" burning, all the christians who bought/sold/used slaves, etc.Modern christians are responsible for the majority of global destruction/exploitation,oil wars,& of course the gluttonous lifestyle of the typical/selfish,right-wing republican.Christian mythology is the plague of the world & their god is indifferent, just like his believers.Self-righteous parasites...

  • Christians will judge even angels. But we condemn not in this life that we may not be condemned.

Interestingly enough, you will probably be among the number calling for Christians to die and killing them yourself when the end finally begins to run it's worst course.

Irony indeed, Azsuperman01. This irony will not be lost at the judgment.

  • @MorpheusOmikron do you even realize that people have been saying that the end of the world is near for the last 2000+ years!! the credibilty of that claim has already disproven itself. but why would anyone want this wonderful world to end? is all that humans have accomplished so far, just a meaniless waste of time? just to end with so many unanswered questions about earth and the universe yet to be discovered? you sir are a completely brainwashed idiot!

  • @mykoal5

They have been saying it for 2000 years. However, only know have all the signs in revelations been fulfilled. Jerusalem was never restored, for instance - therefor they didn't have the right to assume the end. But for the first time in history, all the prerequisite prophecies have come to pass. So I'm sorry.."The End" now carries with it weight, as God's promises are fulfilled to humanity, concerning the end times. (cont.)

  • @mykoal5

    (cont)

    "Meaningless waste of time"

Our purpose for being here has always been spiritual and will be spiritual until it is all over. Your technology, your knowledge, your ideas, your society, have always been, and will always be garbage ready to be burned up. A society operated by sick, sin-infested, and by proxy DEATH infested human beings is not something that should be preserved.

"you sir are a completely brainwashed idiot!"

    Capitalize your sentences.

    Nice talking to you.

  • @MorpheusOmikron i hope i didnt ofend you with that idiot remark, i only mean that in a theological sence. what prophecies are you talking about? inform me please 1 verse that states a prophecy that has come to pass. jerusalem doesnt count because they have been fighting all through the middle east for thousands of years. it doesnt carry wieght, i could say that the war in iraq will end, of corse it will eventually. the jerusalem being restored prediction is not specific enough (cont)

  • @mykoal5

Jerusalem fighting means it doesn't carry weight? No, the jews returning and the state of Israel being reborn in 1948 makes the prophecy carry weight. How horribly unlikely is it, an ancient nation being reborn? Screw the prophecy for a minute, ISRAEL being REBORN? How unlikely! It's madness. It's like ancient rome being reborn. Or ancient egypt, complete with religion and politics. Now we have a prophecy for it..and it comes to pass?

  • @MorpheusOmikron (cont) since jerusalem hasnt been restored it mean NOTHING. i predict that you will respond to this resonse. see how easy that is. i also find it funny how you basicly dised technology and knowledge, yet you used it (computer) to write that dumb statement. the fact is that if everyone thought like you did we would be living in caves. as for how i write, who made you the grammar police. you do you and i will do me ok.

  • @mykoal5

"Since jerusalem hasn't been restored" May, 1948. It was reborn, as prophesied, "In a day".

You should read the bible. You will find a wealth of truth and information in it's living pages...as well as a loving God, who wants you to know Him.

  • Go to (the-true.webs.com) for the truth!

  • I came from a christian background/upbringing. But reading the bible, all of it, not just nittypicking, made me realize the obvious and uncomfortable truth:

It's one of the nastiest and most immoral books ever written. And should by no means be seen as an authority by any sane person today.

  • Kill all unbelievers?? that is islamic, not christian.

  • @roadruncb

"That is islamic, not christian." That's SO christian to say. Read the damn bible if you're gonna believe in it. The old testament, you know. And wtf do you really know about Islam, anyway?

  • @ProWrestlingPlanet

    The old testament?

Jesus came to free us from the curse of the law. The deuteronimical law, indeed all of it, is DEAD to Christians, by the words of Christ (God) Himself. Now we have two commandments, two great commandments.

    1. "Love the Lord thy God with all your heart, soul and strength."

    2. "Love your Neighbor as Yourself."

I don't see a command to kill, or even condemn or judge there. Seems you never understood the bible.

  • Comment removed

  • Jesus is talking about what happens to non believers,, not telling others to slay, it's a parable and God said that foolish people as yourself won't understand anything of the parables because your heart is hardened stone...sorry,, not tough questions, foolish questions ,, you need to change your title...

  • Um., how you turned that parable into "slay the infidels" is beyond me and as far reaching as it gets. Nowhere are we told to "kill the unbelievers" ^^

  • The words "slay them" are just as much part of the parable as "the nobleman" being Jesus. They are about the judgment that will happen afterwards. We are right now at the verse 13 in the parable where we're given "pounds" to "occupy", (which in no way parabolically suggests killing anybody, rather the opposite.) But when He returns there'll be reward or punishment.

  • Your questions are not touch at all. You have your view and I am have mine. Time will tell in the end. I hope you find peace in your life and what you are searching for. You ARE searching because you would not be spending so much time trying to debunk. You feel a void and know that there is something else to the life you live. Heaven and hell are very real. Turn to Jesus and experience the light! You are lonely in the darkness that surrounds you. Grad hold. your eternity depends upon it!

  • "Christianity has emptied Valhalla, felled our sacred groves, extirpated our national image as a shameful superstition, as a devilish poison, and given us instead the imagery of a nation whose climate, laws, culture and interests are strange to us, and whose history has no connection with our own. A David or a Solomon lives in our popular imagination, but our own country's heroes slumber in learned history books."

  • Just wanted to share a principle. We humans our all enemies of God. Worthy to be killed by God . This same God under absolutely no obligation to forgive a single person. Offers mankind the only way out from the death penalty, Christ crucified. I think the love of God is impossible for us to measure because we our incapable of grasping the magnitude of offending someone who literally created the entire universe. This parable speaks of the end when he calls all people before him for judgement.

  • The Bible IS NOT PEACEFUL!

  • I think he meant exactly what he said. If Jesus wanted his followers to do something else, he sure did a shitty job of telling them.

  • Ah the bible.. Thou shall not kill exept all non belivers

  • Your favorite verse in all the Bible? This is a verse that is about the time of when Jesus returns and kills the enemies of God. Those that have worshipped the beast and taken the mark of the beast. These people are openly denounced Christ and not only that rejected his kingdom. They don't want Christ to be their king. And if you read in Revelation they turn their weapons on Christ when he returns. Jesus destroys them. Its not a tough question at all.

  • @cshook123 "not a tough question at all."

than why didn't you answer it?

  • @atheistnarutofan I did answer the question. Its just that you don't know the Bible. This verse has nothing to do with right now. Its a future event.

  • Comment removed

  • @cshook123 the time doesn't matter and you didn't answer. it says nothing about jesus doing the killing.

btw, what verse tells you that its about future events?

"Its just that you don't know the Bible."

unlike you. i mean, you even got a verse TOLD to you and you got it wrong. how the hell'd you manage that?"

(if this is a repost, i can't see the others, so sorry.)

  • @atheistnarutofan My answer I will not change. It is the judgement of non-believers that do not want Jesus to be king over them when he returns.

  • @cshook123 "My answer I will not change."

still doesn't mean your "answer" works. being sturborn isn't a virtue, no matter how much religion pounds it into you, so please stop.

  • @atheistnarutofan The Bible is written under the anointing of the Holy Spirit and interpreted under the anointing of the Holy spirit. Your not going to understand it. Its written in such a way that unbelievers won't understand. Anyway its a parable. I don't follow religion I follow Christ and their is a difference.

  • Luke 9: 53And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. 54And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? 55But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. 56For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them.

  • Here's the way always heard it: The fact it's a parable does make a difference because this part is a metaphor for the end times, not what we are supposed daily. This is just about unbelievers going to hell, which is a standard Christian belief.

  • @AceOfSevens It's a standard Christian belief that sinners are going to Hell, but not that God's followers will be the ones sending them there. This verse is a command to God's / the Nobleman's servants, not a statement about what God / the Nobleman will do on his own later.

  • @azsuperman01 no its not. this is a parable about a king. Jesus isn't the one telling people to go kill others. he's telling a story about a king who says that. please read the whole story next time because this is way out of context. a king in jesus' story said that, not jesus to his disciples.

  • @azsuperman01 are u mad?did you even read what was on Luke 19?it was a story Jesus was telling Zacchaeus. it was a story about a nobleman who went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

that is when the nobleman said that on luke 19:27.

    read the bible well

  • This is in the very end of days and only those that are left will have already taken the mark of the beast. Eternal damnation.

  • Well as far as the scholars interpret this, the very last passage of this parable is actually a forbearance to the fact that those who do not call Christ there King, will be brought before him and the life they were given by God will be taken away. Hence slaughtered. You may think that because you have a slick tongue you can sway people by asking semi tough questions to them about their faith. Why again are you so opposed to peace?

  • I have your answer. Yahshua did not say this. The Roman govt had 300 years to rework the scriptures into a controlling, fear inducing, fallacy.

  • Well let's look at where Jesus is when He says the parable. He entered the house of a jewish man who did choose to believe in Jesus as the Savior. The parable is directed at the Jews because they are the "servants" of the nobleman (God) who hated him (verse Luke 19 v 14) and they state that they will not have this man to reign over us. Although this is directed at the Jewish nation, all of those who will not ultimately submit to Jesus Christ as the savior will not be part of his new kingdom.

  • i am a athiest. proud one too.

  • Comment removed

  • @BRm2008 If you did this you would be fullfilling the words of God...proving the bible is correct. God loves you and will change your heart if you will accept Jesus. Read about Saul/Paul if you want to be enlightened.

  • @jishcar oh great more stupid christian nonsence

  • @BRm2008 I won't be removing any of my comments, so who is really talking the stupid nonsense here?

  • LOL ive talked to alot of christians and they don't even have a clue that these things are in the bible

  • Good job and thank you for teaching us what is written in bible. I shall add this verse of bible to my collection. thanks again. God bless. Deuteronomy 22:21-25 reads why a woman should be stoned. one reason is written that she did not cry loud enough while she was being raped.

  • @medcenman Old law. This law was only for a certain people for a certain time and a certain reason. For the Hebrews to bring about the Messiah. Jesus saved a woman from being stoned because forgiveness was now in the world. New covenant now.

  • @cshook123 Old law? are you nuts? why is then the "old law" still a part of any published bible? are you telling me that your own bible no longer is good?

  • @medcenman If you wanted to follow the old law you would have to sacrifice daily. Plus a whole lot of other rituals that were only meant for the Hebrews. We don;t follow what has been fulfilled by Christ. Christ is our sacrifice. No the old testament is filled with prophetic teachings from the ancient prophets that will happen in the future. We don't stone or kill people for sins because they can be forgiven. If we followed that now we would be stoning a lot of people. We are under grace.

  • so Christianity & Islam are the same, both believe they should kill the unbelievers.

  • @utbord and so does judaism

  • I think it means, citizens freed men and slave, obey the ruler Caesar, Caesar was god. There is a lot of Roman propaganda in the bible. Blaming the Jews with a fictitious trial story.

Then there's render all to god and Caesar quote, which is actually a Roman joke, as Caesar was God the father, it meant the Emperor gets the lot, he owns your ass. But either way for Christians its a loose loose, either JC meant it, or the bible had been played with by the Romans for political reasons.

  • You are completely confused and are not accurately interpreting this.

  • It is a foretelling of what will happen when Jesus returns. In the story, the noblemen left to receive his kingdom, and then returned before he told his followers to kill those that would not have him reign. Jesus has not come back again, but when he does, he will slay his enemies, and will judge the world on the last day.

  • I already answered this question in one of your other videos. God does not desire to kill unbelievers.

In response to your favorite verse Luk 19:27, you are taking it out of context. This parable is known as "The Parable of the Ten Minas". Jesus is speaking of a man of noble birth (verse 12). The King said it and Jesus told the story yet you make it sound like Jesus said it as if he was referring to himself as the King.

  • @MrChristianBeliever "I already answered this question in one of your other videos. God does not desire to kill unbelievers."

The mass genocides and infanticides of the bibles suggest otherwise.

  • @humanistheart t

You pick a fight with me. I tell you I don't want to fight, that it will only lead to a war between us. I ask you to stop, you reject my request and continue acting like a child whose father was Stalin.

Now you are taking your social autism to other sites. LOL

And you claim that Christians are violent. You crack me up.

  • @MrChristianBeliever You already said that.

Apparently our challenged friend MrRapist here doesn't think that mass genocide or infanticide constitutes violence. How interesting.

  • Wow great Video!!

Have you seen this one?? watch?v=dNFBF1QBLBg

  • @rawhoopstar3 You say that in every response.

  • (cont.)eternal speration from God's glory is...and how much more permenant the lake of fire is....or you are not seeing how Jesus is MORE than just Savior.

He will JUDGE indeed. Question everything!

  • He is not ONLY a Prince of Peace, but He is ALSO a God/King of ORDER.

RIghtful Judge. Rightful Ruler. Rightful King.

Consequences for actions. Unless you receive forgiveness you are in trouble.

    "Then what does He mean?"

It is a reference to the coming judgement. Who* do you think will be with the angels at Armegeddon slaughtering those who did not receive salvation?

I don't see a problem with this verse at all. Either you don't understand how much more unfathomable eternal separation

  • What do you think is going to happen at Armegeddon?

I don't see any problem with this parable. The judgment that is coming is real.

Repent and beseech God for His GRACE and forgiveness.

    Question everything

  • Good question but there's a flaw with the nature of this presentation. Why should anyone spend time contemplating fairytales written by barbaric Bronze Age Middle Eastern tribesman who didn't know where the sun went at night? It doesn't make sense because it's not supposed to. Are we next going to be contemplating the will of Zeus, Mythra, Dionysus, Romulus or other invisible men that live in the sky? Leave these ridiculous stories in the Bronze Age where they belong.

  • @endgameoutoftime That was a random post.

  • Christians should not be divided into divisions or denominations. The bible says that we should all speak the same thing.

  • Honestly you should read the Koran now and question them. But you don't because you are a typical Christian persecutor who likes to pick on Christians who you know are not going to chop your head off or stone you for your disbelief. You know that Christians have Jesus, and you know that Jesus ultimately says to love our enemies, despite all the verses you take out of context and don't have a true understanding of. I challenge you to make "Tough Questions for Muslims" and see what you get.

  • @nikechic619 "Jesus, and you know that Jesus ultimately says to love our enemies"

But since jesus couldn't be bothered to follow his own words it seems his followers don't either, thus why christianity is the most blood soaked religion in the whole of human history.

  • @humanistheart

But since atheists believe they are just cosmic accidents who don't believe in a higher power, they are so much more intelligent than a person who for some reason or another believes in God. I wonder what part of my brain is abnormal or devolved for believing in God. Your brain is better than my brain because I happen to have a stupid God center probably somewhere in my cerebrum which of course is not a desired trait. You are so much smarter than any person of faith.

  • @nikechic619 I see rather than try and address the points that jesus and god couldn't be bothered to follow their own words, you resort to sarcasm. However, if you'd like I can provide statistics that show atheists, on avg, do have higher IQ's and higher levels of education.

  • @humanistheart

I can't address Jesus and the Bible with you because you will never understand it no matter how much I try. The intended audience of the Bible are those "believers" that through devine intervention made a paradigm shift from unbelief to belief. That is why atheists easily to take verses out of context. For example, "Jesus came with a sword..." Atheists attempt to interpret and says "he was not God he was a samurai!" As far you IQ "statistic" LAUGHABLE.

  • @nikechic619 No part of your response has any meaning. You think actual facts and statistics are simply laughable, and somehow claim 'atheists' a rather broad claim on your part, think jesus was a samurai? Wow.

  • @humanistheart

I didn't say atheists think Jesus was a samurai. I was refering to how non christians interpret the scriptures. So that was only a sarcastic example. You said you have statistics that state atheists are smarter than people who believe in God or a god. Many people will have to agree that those stats are probably either falsified or biased. That is actually a really hateful and intolerant thing to say. I bet you want to say blacks are inferior too.

  • @nikechic619 "You said you have statistics that state atheists are smarter than people who believe in God or a god. "

Yes and no. I said I have stats showing highter IQ's which people mistakenly generalize to intelligence. But it's close.

"Many people will have to agree that those stats are probably either falsified or biased."

Many people agreed that the earth was flat at one point. It doesn't matter what the ignorant think, unless they could support such an assertion.

  • @nikechic619 "I bet you want to say blacks are inferior too."

Providing truth that atheists have higher IQ's and education than religious believers is in no way comparable to your racism issues.

  • @humanistheart

Albert Einstein- atheist to agnostic "The World as I See It"

"...A knowledge of the existence of something we cannot penetrate, our perceptions of the profoundest reason and the most radiant beauty, which only in their most primitive forms are accessible to our minds: it is this knowledge and this emotion that constitute true religiosity. In this sense, and only this sense, I am a deeply religious man...

  • @nikechic619 Quoiting an intelligent atheist does what to help your point? Oh right, debunk it. If you keep posting like that I wont even need to respond to your posts, haha.

  • @humanistheart

" ...I am satisfied with the mystery of life's eternity and with a knowledge, a sense, of the marvelous structure of existence -- as well as the humble attempt to understand even a tiny portion of the Reason that manifests itself in nature." - Albert Einstein "The World as I See it"

  • Dude that is a parable it is not meant to be taken literally he was making a point. You need to read the whole thing from verse 11-27, The man is telling a story. In fact its actually a metaphor about what will happen to unbelievers when they die. Hell or Hades means death in hebrew by saying "kill them before me" jesus is saying that unbelievers who do not believe in him or accept him as king will be thrown into hell. Other than that he's not saying something literal here. Not a tough question.

  • im really enjoying your series..... love it

  • Those mine enemies, represents the Jews. See Lu 19:14 and note.

-- Slay them before me. This represents the destruction of the Jews and Jerusalem their city. (Compare on Mt 22:7; 24:21; Lu 19:42-44; 21:6-24.)

  • When the King returns he will slay his enermies in the fire of hell, the final judgement.(Luke 19 v27) As the parable is all about the final reconning ofcourse there is judgement. In Islam though Mohammed did this is real life, today which is totally different as he is not God, and killed for other reasons than faith, like property, women and children. So your comparison falls down fantastically.

  • just to make my point clear....start in luke 19:12...you'll find out who jesus is talking about.......a certain nobleman.....the story continues on then to conclude in verse 27 still referring to the nobleman....but those mine enemies which would not that i should rule over them bring hither and slay them before me...read the whole story!!!

  • @lunabirdie And whom does the nobleman represent? Explain the parable and back it up rather than picking and choosing parts out of it.

  • @NightHawkBomber001 ....i'm not picking parts.....if u think the nobleman represents Christ...your welcome to......your way way off...jc is just telling a story (parable) about a rich nobleman....

  • @lunabirdie Jesus always has a meaning behind his parables. I’m asking you to explain the parable. You haven’t done that. You’ve conveniently disregarded my question.

  • @NightHawkBomber001 ....i've already answered the question........go back a few pages..i think page 3 start reading in 19:12...i'm not going to retype ...if u want to interpret that the nobleman is christ that's fine.....i think u should look a little deeper & cross reference this story

  • a certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom...Not Jesus..read the story from the start...come on man...a certain nobleman...you have to read in context & content...parable - a story (not always true) ..this is how jesus taught....ex. a mustard seed doesn't grow into a huge tree ...it's a small seed that grows into a small bush....jesus was using the seed and tall tree Story....to explain what happens when just a little sin gets in ......it's not literal truth

  • In the end, God will destroy his enemies and all who oppose Him. He is sovereign.

  • @godfearer62690 That tells me that this "loving god" is a lying hypocrite.

  • I saw we start by slaying all religious zealots... the delusions of one person are instanity, the delusions of many are religions. Eat Shit god-lovers.

  • What I don't get is how Christians can so easily neglect the fact that they blindly follow a non existing invisible thought aka god. You say that god is everywhere but he is not made of matter

  • you should go to sidroth.org to see some cool stuff about this invisible God that we love and serve :) He is awesome!!!! Check out the archives from the past few years, they are awesome! Jesus Rules forever and ever! God bless you!

  • At that point you are an enemy. You are a plague, and have no reason to be alive, since you dont believe the reason given that you are. The entire purpose of your existance would be in vein. Instead of wasting everyone elses time, you are disposed of. Also, Why do your cells attack foreign intruders that enter your body?
