The rate of speed is inconsistent, meaning this was a reflection made inside the aircraft window as you should see how it's speed changes according to the rock of the aircraft.

This aircraft was commissioned to spray a very deadly oil dispersant all over the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding area. The "UFO" was a seagull. It did perish after flying through the deadly aerosol.

It looks like a reflection of light on the window. As the camera moves across the window you can see a shadow moving from right to left at exactly the same speed and direction as the "ufo". Plus and object clearly that bright would reflect in the sea.

between :21 & :23 there is an area of light 'wash' that comes in from the lower right at the same speed and 'jiggle' as the bright dot exits on the left. This is PROOF that the dot is another reflection on the window surface that the camera is looking thru....simple but unacceptable, I know.

maybe it could be some reflection on airplane windshield depends if camera was inside or outside. i think every kind object moving with high speed under water is leaving some traces liike bubles etc. maybe it depends of aerodynamic shape to not cause it. many questions to think about it anyway it's awesome video sorry but isn't hd.
