I did try Saw Paulmetto but it didn't help. My flow was so bad the doctors said I was the worst flow case they had seen! The surgery was such a relief I was mad at myself for not attempting it sooner!
No, I don't have a high PSA - Last I checked it was about 1.2 or so. So that didn't figure in with the surgery which was strictly to improve blocked urine flow.
