No problem man. Sometimes you can even find little carrying cases you can buy and velcro to your shoe laces too.. But this is the more self made option

there are 2 sides to velcro. Both only one part has a sticky part to it. So I attached that to the nike + monitor.

If you just stick the other piece of velcro. Then it will get loose as time goes by because of running and rain, or anything.. if you sew it on, it will stay on a lot longer

well 1st it isn't a ipod. It is a like a tracking device.

and the reason for this video is to save people money. Nike developed a special shoe for the tracking device & you had to pay extra for it, so I found a way how you could still use the tracking device on any type of shoe

you're screwed.. LOL.. i'm not sure. there are new products out there that just clip onto your shoelace and have a plastic covering. As you can see this hack was done in October 2006, so around this time was when the nike ipod+ just came out ....since then new products have come out too

it probably could work. But the problem is (for my shoes at least) they have special cushion for running. So if your shoes are the same you risk messing up that cushion..
