Soy amidador del maestro Placido pero me parece que esta no es su mejor interpretación de esta aria, la voz está a punto de salirse de control hasta persibirse ligeramente una especie de grito, miren el tiempo: 2: 23

Sì non c'è male, Domingo ha delle buone capacità interpretative, anche se gli manca un pò la voce soprattutto sulle note alte. In ogni caso questa è stata una buona performance.
Come sarebbe "gli manca un po' la voce"? Ha una voce che ottura i timpani anche se sei nel loggione (senza dubbio più di Pavarotti e Carreras). Anzi, forse il suo unico limite e la tendenza a "sparare" un po troppo la voce. Quanto alle note alte, non sarà Kraus, ma finchè canta ruoli drammatici o lirico-spinti non ha difficoltà (non pretende certo di essere un tenore di grazia)
Mi sembra che in certi momenti si assottigli un pò andando in alto, però magari è un'impressione.
Più di Pavarotti la voce di Domingo non credo proprio, se c'è una cosa che Pavarotti aveva è la potenza. In quanto a Carreras, per favore non giudicarlo ora, dopo che si è salvato per un pelo dalla leucemia; ascoltalo prima che si ammalasse. Credimi dei tre era di gran lunga il migliore.
Purtroppo non ho mai avuto la fortuna di sentire Domingo dal vivo, se dici che voce ne ha, ti credo.
Non è "un tenore di grazia" (cioè un tenore leggero) nel senso che è un tenore drammatico o un lirico spinto. Nei suoi ruoli abituali, non ha bisogno di acuti fenomenali. La sua voce arriva comunque a piena potenza fino al sol#/La, per poi, come hai notato, assotigliarsi notevolmente, con gravi difficoltà dopo il si. Neanche io ho mai sentito Domingo dal vivo senza microfono, ma mi dicono che l'intensità della sua voce sia impressionante (e la cosa si intuisce anche dalle registrazioni)
Pavarotti, con un repertorio più leggero (Nemorino, Rodolfo), ha una voce meno forte e piena, ma con acuti molto più validi. Non direi che la potenza (che comunque non gli mancava) fosse uno dei suoi tratti salienti.
Carreras aveva probabilmente una delle più belle voci del secolo (benchè forse con un'estensione un po' limitata), ma ha iniziato ad incrinarsi già prima della leucemia a causa di un repertorio spesso inappropriato (si dice proprio per stare al passo con Domingo).
carreras aveva un'estensione limitata perchè non copriva i suoni e la sua carriera a prescindere dalla leucemia che sicuramente ha influito sarebbe durata poco rispetto a domingo e pavarotti. Anche domingo non godeva di grande estensione tanto che ha iniziato lo studio del canto da baritono, diciamo senza dubbio che il + completo e quello che ha cantato meglio + a lungo di tutti è LUCIANO distante anni luce per bellezza vocale,tecnica,fraseggio ed estensione..SALUTI
Il fatto che Domingo abbia cominciato come baritono dimostra invece che ha un'estensione estremamente ampia. Domingo raggiunge agilmente tessiture bassobaritonali (mentre Pavarotti non va sotto il La) e arriva in acuto fino al Si (in gioventù, con qualche difficoltà, fino al do#).
(Quanto a bellezza vocale e fraseggio, Carreras in gioventù era straordinario, mentre come tecnica di emissione Pavarotti probabilmente era il più raffinato dei tre)
puo raggiungere anche tessiture baritonali e non bassobaritonali ma come tenore aveva un'estensione limitata lui stesso afferma che ha dovuto studiare parcecchio per il si naturale e il do che ha eseguito raramente e dal risultato non ottimale, per quanto riguarda carreras + che il fraseggio era la bellezza vocale spaventosa e rarissima, Domingo un'artista completo come pochi al mondo, ma permettimi di dire che vocalmente Pavarotti era distante anni luce metto sullo stesso piano solo Gigli.

Well, it's great to see an aged, matured Domingo. When he was young and seemed charmed by his own good looks, he was self-conscious in his performing.
Here the voice, sure, is tired, not as in his earlier days, but, his performing, and spontaneity is in full bloom.
To me this is the most natural of the 3 tenor concerts to come, they all seemed so innocent, Pav, Carreras and Domingo when young were, again, charmed by their own voices and persona.

RedSox-Try Pava's 1990 rendition of this aria and entire role in Rome. Domingo has always been pedestrian as compared to Pava. He doesn't have the voice not the technique to come close. Domingo sounds hooted, throaty, monochromatic and pushed as always.
dare i say it? i prefer Domingo over Pavarotti in this role. HE just gives it the guts it needs, and this aria is proof of his emotions. Not say Pav is bad in it, just that Domingo just does it better,
Great aria, great orchestra, great maestro and the very best tenor ever. How can one describe this performance with mere words? Plácido Domingo sings not only with his voice, but with his soul, and that's why it's impossible to just listen to this aria. He makes you feel it! He carries such emotion in his voice: despair, sadness, love... It carries and sweeps you, it touches you and blows you away! Everything I could say would only diminish it, so I'll just push play over and over... BRAVISSIMO!

Pavarotti's voice was average in comparison to Domingo's. Just goes to show, when something becomes "popular", the ignorant masses believe whatever they are told...
To sing an aria hundreds of times is a challenge, keeping it fresh and all, but feeling all that, every time when performing is so generous - beyond words...now I understand why my singing teacher tells me 'don't be so mean' - she means with the sould and feeling in the offering...

obbiettivi? Sono stato chiarissimo. Dimmi se ti sembra che pronuncia bene "disciogliea", "fremente", "d'amore" (che praticamente dice "t'amore" propio da spagnolo), "dolci baci" rispondi semplicemente un si o un no... e poi vai a raccontarla magari ad un ignorante.
Ho semplicemente detto che la pronuncia di Placido non puo essere paragonata con Luciano. D'altra parte ho anche accettato che come interpretazione sicuramente Placido la sente di piu ed e piu emotivo ma del resto non c'e paragone.

Inquini te che spari cazzate su Pavarotti quando Placido tutta la sua vita ha scappato da certi pezzi perche NON E UN VERO TENORE, anzi ha cominciato come baritono. Secondo me oltre a ingorante sei perfino laziale.
E non e che si fa il tifo per Pavarotti solo perche e italiano, ma perche la pronuncia e naturale, non sembra uno straniero cantando come Placido quando dice tutte le parole che ho sottolineato. "bisogna studiare e saper ascoltare,sentire" ha capito capoccia? e mo falla finita.

Sì non c'è male, Domingo ha delle buone capacità interpretative, anche se gli manca un pò la voce soprattutto sulle note alte. In ogni caso questa è stata una buona performance.

Come sarebbe "gli manca un po' la voce"? Ha una voce che ottura i timpani anche se sei nel loggione (senza dubbio più di Pavarotti e Carreras). Anzi, forse il suo unico limite e la tendenza a "sparare" un po troppo la voce. Quanto alle note alte, non sarà Kraus, ma finchè canta ruoli drammatici o lirico-spinti non ha difficoltà (non pretende certo di essere un tenore di grazia)

Mi sembra che in certi momenti si assottigli un pò andando in alto, però magari è un'impressione.
Più di Pavarotti la voce di Domingo non credo proprio, se c'è una cosa che Pavarotti aveva è la potenza. In quanto a Carreras, per favore non giudicarlo ora, dopo che si è salvato per un pelo dalla leucemia; ascoltalo prima che si ammalasse. Credimi dei tre era di gran lunga il migliore.
Purtroppo non ho mai avuto la fortuna di sentire Domingo dal vivo, se dici che voce ne ha, ti credo.

Non è "un tenore di grazia" (cioè un tenore leggero) nel senso che è un tenore drammatico o un lirico spinto. Nei suoi ruoli abituali, non ha bisogno di acuti fenomenali. La sua voce arriva comunque a piena potenza fino al sol#/La, per poi, come hai notato, assotigliarsi notevolmente, con gravi difficoltà dopo il si. Neanche io ho mai sentito Domingo dal vivo senza microfono, ma mi dicono che l'intensità della sua voce sia impressionante (e la cosa si intuisce anche dalle registrazioni)

Pavarotti, con un repertorio più leggero (Nemorino, Rodolfo), ha una voce meno forte e piena, ma con acuti molto più validi. Non direi che la potenza (che comunque non gli mancava) fosse uno dei suoi tratti salienti.
Carreras aveva probabilmente una delle più belle voci del secolo (benchè forse con un'estensione un po' limitata), ma ha iniziato ad incrinarsi già prima della leucemia a causa di un repertorio spesso inappropriato (si dice proprio per stare al passo con Domingo).

carreras aveva un'estensione limitata perchè non copriva i suoni e la sua carriera a prescindere dalla leucemia che sicuramente ha influito sarebbe durata poco rispetto a domingo e pavarotti. Anche domingo non godeva di grande estensione tanto che ha iniziato lo studio del canto da baritono, diciamo senza dubbio che il + completo e quello che ha cantato meglio + a lungo di tutti è LUCIANO distante anni luce per bellezza vocale,tecnica,fraseggio ed estensione..SALUTI

Il fatto che Domingo abbia cominciato come baritono dimostra invece che ha un'estensione estremamente ampia. Domingo raggiunge agilmente tessiture bassobaritonali (mentre Pavarotti non va sotto il La) e arriva in acuto fino al Si (in gioventù, con qualche difficoltà, fino al do#).
(Quanto a bellezza vocale e fraseggio, Carreras in gioventù era straordinario, mentre come tecnica di emissione Pavarotti probabilmente era il più raffinato dei tre)

puo raggiungere anche tessiture baritonali e non bassobaritonali ma come tenore aveva un'estensione limitata lui stesso afferma che ha dovuto studiare parcecchio per il si naturale e il do che ha eseguito raramente e dal risultato non ottimale, per quanto riguarda carreras + che il fraseggio era la bellezza vocale spaventosa e rarissima, Domingo un'artista completo come pochi al mondo, ma permettimi di dire che vocalmente Pavarotti era distante anni luce metto sullo stesso piano solo Gigli.

Well, it's great to see an aged, matured Domingo. When he was young and seemed charmed by his own good looks, he was self-conscious in his performing.
Here the voice, sure, is tired, not as in his earlier days, but, his performing, and spontaneity is in full bloom.
To me this is the most natural of the 3 tenor concerts to come, they all seemed so innocent, Pav, Carreras and Domingo when young were, again, charmed by their own voices and persona.
Once that energy is gone, they're more real.

RedSox-Try Pava's 1990 rendition of this aria and entire role in Rome. Domingo has always been pedestrian as compared to Pava. He doesn't have the voice not the technique to come close. Domingo sounds hooted, throaty, monochromatic and pushed as always.

Great aria, great orchestra, great maestro and the very best tenor ever. How can one describe this performance with mere words? Plácido Domingo sings not only with his voice, but with his soul, and that's why it's impossible to just listen to this aria. He makes you feel it! He carries such emotion in his voice: despair, sadness, love... It carries and sweeps you, it touches you and blows you away! Everything I could say would only diminish it, so I'll just push play over and over... BRAVISSIMO!

La migliore aria, quella che più mi comunica, ed è proprio la sua aria, per quanto non sia perfetto nel fraseggio, ci mette un'interpretazione ed una pienezza di voce che solo lui sa fare.

Bravissimo, Plácido! Tu eres el mejor tenor vivo! E bravissimo, Signor Puccini... je suis ému chaque fois que j'entends cela, déjà l'introduction orchestrale me rend dans un état de tristesse... c'est que je me souviens de la version du seul ténor que j'ai jamais entendu chanter cette air encore mieux que Domingo (ce qui parait impossible, j'avoue bien)... et de celui...

The awful thing is that I can't listen to anyone else sing this. It doesn't matter how good they are - after you've heard him do it, they just sound like Domingo without the Domingo. It's tragic.

Non esistono eguali... è il migliore..
Solo Pavarotti dei tempi d'oro ('80) poteva paragonarsi a lui e superarlo in alcune arie..
..non è umano Domingo.. straordinario!
