@stormspotters no the city of Los Angeles replaces any broken bin no matter what color size or damage to the bin for free. the city distributes the bins to residents
First thing i thought was: it Feels like one that hit the side of the kerb instead of ONTOP of the kerb. I've seen that alot trying to teach newbies how to work the arm, they tend to look at the bin that is closest to the camera and when the other one turns out a bit lower, they crush em against the sidewalk. Shame to wreck a perfectly good bin though... things happen, i expect you didn't have to pay for the new one, right?
lol theres several carts like that in my area, my neighbors got flattened by the arm, when he picked up the green cart the black one fell over under where the green one was and when he put it down the green cart flattened the back one, it was hilarious because the driver is chill and he started laughing too
Damn, that driver must have pushed down on that cart really hard. I've stood carts up before 100s of times without putting any kind of dent like that in them. Sucks that your cart is damaged, I'm surprised it didn't just pop back out.... you could leave it in the direct sun on a really hot day, that might make it a little easier to pop out... (unless you'd prefer a new cart) :)
already tried and fixed it but the hammer cracked it even more because when it popped out the little crack at the bottom ,broke the bottom and side even more
if ours break they call the main buinding and get a new one asap no charge they are all free

You're ordering a replacement for that?! Why don't you just get a hammer and pound it out back to normal??
