Thanks for the response. Actually I thought it was Voltaire's quote, but c'est la vie:) My own take is that governments and not humanity holds the power to destroy. Once humanity throws off those bloodsucking leaches, we'll be doing even better. I'm traveling through SE Asia and eye find people to be good people saddled with bad governments; but everyone here is still optimistic . And surprisingly NOT anti-American.
