they're actually from the original short that James and Leigh made to show potential producers, it's the jaw trap scene (obviously lol) but with Leigh instead of Shawnee cuz they hadn't cast the movie yet.

Also I'd like to point out to everyone that xlilknowiitallx is no longer a Leigh fangirl, cuz she's actually involved with James Wan, (the cute lil Asian director seen with Leigh i the vid.) and it's ironic cuz she started getting to know him to get closer to Leigh! life's funny sometimes.

I`ve red it on wikipedia:
