That day sucked....it was the 2nd day of school for me. And in the middle of 8th period we got evacuated downstairs because of a tornado warning ...i didnt get back till 6:30. The power was out and my basment was flooded.

i was in my family's condo on the 58th floor and i remember we were above the clouds! it wasnt clear blue sky but it wasnt raining!

my aunt lives in chicago, or right outside, and she had 4 ft. of water in her basement!

That had to be the fucking craziest storm I've ever seen. I had to ride the damn redline and it starting happening right when the train stopped at Fullerton. Luckily, the train went undergound on time.

yea the NW suburbs did get hit harder (im from Mount Prospect) you can't drive anywhere all street lights are completly out...trees block alot of roads

OMFG THE STORM WAS HARD it knocked down my ac into my room and my room started flooding and the water was up to my ankle damn and outside was so foggy with hard rain o yea the storm was so hard some trees are knocked down and power wires and most parts in skookie is closed
