  • Great job! But how do you change the records - do you have to take out all 16 platters? *JIMMY in MD

  • Where was this made and what was it used in? Really cool!

  • Sorry, no flip-side's for this machine.

    Just 16 78-Rpm records.

    Thanks for your possitive reaction.

    Complete jukebox is ready.

  • WAAAAYYYY COOOOOL!!But how do you play the B sides?

  • Old technologies always still amazing wile CPU's ones of today's go obsolete too rapidly in 6 months!

  • that sure is an awesome mechanism. I love it! it's so complicated and intricate. And it's sure probabally easier on records than the slightly more modern, conventional record changers that just drop the record onto the platter. I've got one from the 1940s, and it drops the 78 down, on an angle, onto the hard steel platter.

I made the mistake of playing a cracked 78 on it, and *SMASH!!!*. I was pissed. That was my favourite 78.

  • Thats INSANE! What an amazing mechanism! I would LOVE to hear how it sounds. Will you ever hook it up to an amp? Thanks for the video!

  • Hi, thanks for your kind words.

    I've got the complete jukebox.

    Plays 16, 78-Rpm shellac records.

I'm restoring it now, will be ready in September.

Tube amplifier is already in perfect working condition.

    Regards,

    Jo.
