the new maps have enhanced multiuplayer gameplay, I was close of getting tired of playing the older maps and then these new maps came out and I am completely hooked again.. so you are wrong.

in terms of the actual game "single player" then yeah, it is already done and it cant be changed so from the perspective you are right.

but these new maps are intended only for multiplayer.. so over all you are wrong.

btw. Gameplay makes a game better or worst

Hey, I just tried to play this on my xbox and suddenly all the new maps were gone including Nelson Bay rush which was like in the first map pack. I than switched to Conquest and it didn't show ANY maps I could choose. Anyone else having this problem?

yeah I had it too, I was worried sick and there load of gamers having same prob.

I only had one map, I played it and when it finished it took to to play the new maps and now it is fixed; but I think it was a server problem.

FINALLY NEW MAPS, and they did not just came with new maps they gave new maps with a bang, with such huge maps this is how bad company 2 should really be like. I was just testing my graphics card and was suprised to found new maps and them amazed i salute you, but i wish it havnt took so long. Better than MW2 anyways.

big COD fan here, I got black-ops and I am dissapointed with it, it pratically has the same feel to MW2 only that it is set in the cold war (single player and multiplayer), anyways I have stop playing it a few weeks ago and stuck with the old-maps on BFBC2, a couple of days ago I noticed that there were a few new maps, I tried them, I loved them, and now I cant stop playing them.

a few issues need to be solved but still I am very happy.

woo dont be such a hater coz it looks like jealousy ovf its success over BFBC2; I have the VIP BFBC2 since it came out (having never played this game before) and I am a big COD player from many years ago but I have to say that Black-ops is a disappointment, they have used the same game-engine and it shows, very disappointed with black-ops.

The maps on BFBC2 are amazing, a few issues that need solving tho but I see myselve playing this game for ever. VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW MAPS

Didn't have much time to play today. Good surprise was that as soon as I launched the game the pack was there already.

Then I did a couple of games. I played Oasis and I got a 0.50 KD ratio. It was a toughie. When I saw the scoreboard at the end of the game both teams were full and complete. I'd never seen so many L50 in a game, that was crazy. Apparently the DLC was much expected. I found the maps really good.

yeah but your comment has nothing to do with gameplayability, these maps were all used for single player and now it is for multiplayer gameplay. yeah I wuldnt have payed for any of these maps but likely I am a VIP so I feel for all those non-VIP players.

in COD the maps may be different but I am hugely dissapointed, I have to say that black ops was not worth the money I payed for especially the multiplayer, they should have just give it as a 10£ patch. only difference is story-line

@LoboLoko007 I agree with you, half on BC2, 100% on BO. 2 maps not from single player were introduced from BC1 which is a game some people have not played which means they think of it as new. The maps feel somewhat new since the classes do not function the same way as it did in BC1 and now new things can happen that could never happen in BC1. BO was a patched Mw2 so it feels more boring (imo) the guns in Mw2 were actually fun but im glad BO took out some of the frustration (still not worth it).

I just played some of the new maps and they are awesome except some. I joined a game of rush in the new snowy map and it felt like the sides were two close together which meant getting spawn killed, I only played for a little bit on that map so I'm not completely sure if this will always happen. Besides that every other map is awesome though!
