@LuuKen It may look like your capo, but it's a "partial capo". It blocks not all the strings, but only some of them. I think on that tune, Sung Ha blocks strings 1 to 4. Go google it. ;)

Sorry to correct you but Sungha Jung picked up the guitar and started copying what he had seen his father do. His father is/was an amature guitarist. So Jungha started when he was about 6 to 8 years old. His father was amazed at his sons talent so he sat him down in front of the internet and Sungha started copying what he saw other guitarist do. he then started using guitar tabs. Now he sometimes composed his own pieces. He has achieved so much in such a short period of time.

only one thing to say about this take the finger picks off because the whole reason why this song is played with a thumb pick it 2 make the bas notes louder than the high note and wearing finger picks makes the bass lost but the playing of this is flawless best cover of this song iv ever seen just missing the bass in the song

@Srcarne From little info's here and there, it doesn't sound like hours of practice that Sungha is doing in order to play like this. It looks like a clear great gift/ talent that he has. From one interview he mentions that he normally practices about couple of hours a day. Even though he would like to play more he just doesn't have the time after his school work and English language class that he has (Korean education is a little more tighter than in US).

@gcp467 Could be, sure. But I hope you realize there's very few people who can pick up a guitar the first time and play like a god. I'm actually guessing Sungha has had great parents who were able to provide the tools to practice his hobbies. I'm sure he's put many hours into playing and practicing too, you can't get this good if you don't practice. Also, over time a couple hours a day everyday for 5 years would take him a long way.

@Srcarne I don't think it takes much discipline. When you find a hobby that you really enjoy doing and are inspired to get good at, the practice wont seem like work at all. You'll be having fun, and that's why its called "playing" guitar.
