I agree that Bing Crosby had a powerful singing voice. Dean Martin had a laid-back kind of singing. I enjoy listening to both of them.

I think in Austria Christmas is a bit diffrent than in America :) e.g. we don't have that much decoration and lights on our houses and people are not so buisy (just downtown maybe)... everything is more quiet.

(Btw a lot of Austrian people don't belive in Santa Claus but in the Christ Child)

Winter where I am in Canada is really great. It gets VERY cold, an average at about -35c. Being inside with family and friends is the thing I look forward to the most. But there is also skating on outdoor rinks, tobogganing, skiing (cross country or downhill), and when you get inside have some hot chocolate bye the fire. Most houses are very amazingly lit by x-mas lights. I think the fun and togetherness is the best part of all. Happy Holidays! :)

well im america. everyone has there christmas tree. i suppose you do too?. most ppl decorate in and outside their houses. it is a busy holiday but it is very cozy. and just kids believe in santa clause here. ive never heard of the christ child. but its a great time of year here. usually everyone is a lot more caring and generous around christmas time.
