  • The simple solution here is to put solar panels on the roof of the vehicle, this would take some of the load off the alternator.

  • help! i got no improvement! been testing it for a month now on my 96 turbo diesel pajero.

  • Hey is that a water cooled VW engine? And does it have vacuum hoses? I used to own a 1965 Bus. Now I want to try this HHO unit on a older bug. Not sure how to use it without a vacuum hose though.

  • Actually sir, you are the twit.

This man is attempting to do something good for the environment. He may be incorrect or misguided but he is trying.

also a note for yourself I cite a very popular car magazine in the UK at this point (practical classics) research reently undertaken shows that a modern car takes roughly 30-80 THOUSAND miles before its manufacture is worthwile (ie: running an old car for that distance is MORE environmentally freindly)

  • I have often wondered how many miles it was worth it to keep driving an older car to equal the carbon foot print of a new equivalent type vehicle, oh wait there isn't one! Cheers mate!

  • idiot

  • ye just dis people cos u made one better or you frightened people out there using thier brain and your not.

Oh hang on you one the guys who owns an oil rig or gas station and these people are going to be using u a lot less lmao.

  • Ah yes another Swede. Nuff said

  • Telling someone to go educate themselves? You mispelled milEage. /shrugs Dumb Ass.

  • oh.. excuse me that I'm not native american speaking.. But I guess you did understand what i wrote anyway? Or should i explain it for you? complain about spelling errors.. very mature... try to stick to the subject instead... But i guess you know that this ain't working....

  • Might I suggest you not reply with such stupidity until you have thought the whole process through. I found your comments very disturbing. You provided nothing but negativity so I provided some of my own. Take a hike if you don't like it. /shrugs Nice Video.. Keep them coming.

  • lmao, use your head, who tells you its not possible and what are there motives? Who puts what they want you to believe in text books and what is there motive? Who took all of Tesla's work away and why? I doubled my fuel mileage with a water fuel cell, it is you than needs an education in reality NOT the lies being taught to you.

  • fuel econ. has not. improved?

  • Nice job. Thanks for sharing your progress with us.

  • You changed the A/F ratio...one question, have burned holes in any pistons yet from the spark knock?

  • If you run an engine mgmt system or at least a piggyback, you can monitor your knock sensor and/or crank fluctuation sensor and adjust your MAP/MAF/O2/etc. I like the AEM FIC... easy to install if you have your ECU's pinout diagram.

  • Talk is cheap from many..your unit is in a car atleast, many hours of hard work, hang in there mateee..

  • Where are you located?

  • Best economy gains- Modify distributor timing to approx 20deg@700rpm, 28deg@1800rpm and 38deg@2800rpm. Modify a mitsubishi 80s model dist. easily to add potent electronic ignition and easy timing curve modifyable unit. Use or install an egr valve and inject exhaust under cruise to boost mpg even more and tolerate more timing advance.

  • be extremely careful changing the timing from recommended, if its over retarded then you will use oil and over time destroy components, running advanced will cause enormous strain on big end bearings and rings, but either way good luck!

  • The airflow meter has an air temp sensor in it. You can more accurately recalibrate the sensor by adding a potentiometer and adjusting the resistance and voltage drop back to the pcm. Been here and done this on many makes and models

  • Warning ! While experimenting with HHO generators you can end up with some toxic/explosive/flamable gases/fumes and poisonous/dangerous oxides depending on meterials used.

  • How do you know this?

  • Uhh... WHat did the "unit" do for you?

  • Didn't see a bobler on this unit!!

You really need to install one in case the engine backfires, it will blow your unit.

    Nice work :-)

  • nice video :) i'm sure you will get it more efficient eventually :D keep fiddling with it and keep us informed! :P

  • Thanks- enjoyed it!!!

  • Are you gonna install one of those on your sailboat?

  • first chance I get, catfish!
