Former Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, architect of the U.S. war in Vietnam under presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson, has died at age 93.

He is criticised for the 50,000 who died in Viet Nam because he escalated the troop build up! he did apologise for the war saying we were wrong to be there!
