He didn't make it, as he said in the description. This song is, however, for free download at the ocremix . org website. (without the spaces of course). I believe it is called "Ancient Hero" and is remixed by DarkeSword.

One of my favorite zelda remixes. Contrary to what twiligirlchloe claims, this is an OCREMIX (google it) by DARKESWORD, as was stated a few posts before hers. Asuta Ohto is one of the composers of windwaker. This arrangement, however, is darkwsword's.

I'm sure there were SOME people who had never heard the remix and assumed you created it. Trust me, if you don't want to be attacked by random people from OCR, you should credit the remixers in your future videos (whether in the video itself or the description). We don't take kindly to having our work separated from our usernames.

Please give credit where it is due. Remixers post a lot of good music on OCRemix and they love to have people enjoy their works. People who pretend to have done the song, or do not give credit simply limits the visibility of these artists.

So for all of you who liked this song, I recommend going to ocremix(dot)org as HylianLemon recommended.

And please, stop stealing credit, it's really cheap and people will ALWAYS find out.
