To make the ISO readable you need to run it through an exe that will be provided with the release.

i runned and it sais when i open the iso with backup loader: Could not get partition title key!

So you start out by installing the Homebrew Channel with the Twilight hack, then just run this app?
Can't Nintendo detect the Homebrew Channel and force a deletion on it with a Wii firmware update? I doubt they will let this slide without a fight.
