Tighten up on your form, things looked loose and slow. Footwork was bad- most of all the absence of it- MOVE- very important. MORE BODY into the punches.
Spread legs find balance, use your hips when you punch, power flows from there up to lats then into the arm. when you knee USE your Quadricep dont just lift your leg. keep practicing though gl

i dunno where you guys learn how to punch and kick?
but both need to take some basic 101 of how to throw a correct jab before you try anything else
admittedly video is a good way to watch and improve your techniques
but learn the correct way from someone who knows before you even consider sparring
