of our precious Constitution and blessed country. Elona Kagan in NO

WAY passes muster for experience, judicial temperament or fundamental

neutrality. She's biased, partisan and cunning, and she's been a Democrat

party tool all her professional life.

CALL CONGRESS ..our dear nation is at stake. If Justice is not blind, power

I am a Republican. I will say that, in these dangerous times, these guys need to step it up. i can't help but think that everyone listening to Sessions are sleeping. When can we get someone with a serious commanding presence. These republicans are too laid back this far in the game.

Thank you senator Sessions. Kagan represents an anti American collectivist paradigm that has been rewriting this nation for many decades. I am quite confident she would be one of the final straws in that direction. With people like Kagan on the bench we are looking at real dynamics pushing states to seriously work on their ability to nullify federal law and even secession. It is astonishing to think that not even 250 years later we are at this perilous edge.
