How to fix no internet access in windows 7

@goofyvictim OH man that sucks. Sorry to hear that. Its such a pain. What is your saying? Im sure you already tried refreshing the ip address. Good luck. If you get it could you let me know what you did?

My internet source is direct from the wall, without any router, modem. This works on my XP and on my XBOX 360 but not on my Windows 7 laptop.

I followed the video instructions and executed the steps, didn't work. I've also tried the method disabling the Bonjour-service. Please help!!!!
