i'm 15 & i use to smoke & toke back in middle school and during those 2 yrs i was playing hockey and yeaaa all dat smokes and tokes messed up my athletic scene. i was slow, tired and out of breath. when i quit in the beginning of grade 9 i was getting back on track. i met new ppl and they got me outta da bad zone. now its all good.:P
