I was lucky enough to be born and raised in Hong Kong. Beautiful place, and things really eased up after the handover, but of course, every time we drove past an ex-British barracks being demolished for housing, my Dad'd say everything had "gone to hell" since then!

I have a friend who is physically Chinese but educated in UK from primary school. He is very proud of being British and he hate people call him Chinese.
