I think it's

D, D sus for the intro then Em, G, D, A (repeat 4 times) and the the chorus is D,

F sharp minor, G, D, A. (repeat twice) second time with D, D sus at end. This may be incorrect but it certainly sounds like whats going on to me.

@Maryonpark aye right key but its capo on 2nd fret C Csus (i think its called that) then Dm, F, C , G... chorus is C, Csus, Em, F, C, G etc etc sorry if coming across picky :) great tune

@babs2002ukus just to add that the chorus Em7 is played x79780 transcribe that up 2 frets if you use a capo on the 2nd fret

@babs2002ukus How dare you question my chords, I spent hours working that out too! what a cheek! Hey, I'm only kidding, I think you may be right, it's such a beautiful tune, I think the simple strumming on an acoustic gives it something over the normal version. Have you ever listened to Nick Drake's Pink Moon? The starkness on that is beautiful too. Like looking through the window into a dimly lit room.
