  • how to calibrate the temp ,altimeter and the barometer....please help

    got mine today!!!

  • Thank you for making the video and to some of the comments for making adjusting this watch much easier.

  • good reflexes dude 1:29, im thinkin of upgrading my prg40, hows the contrast in bright light? i also want the know the diameter of the hole on the prtective back ;)

  • @poleun9 LOL @ reflexes - I try that when filling gas every week just to break the monotony. The contrast is brilliant under bright sunlight. It has a scratch resistant coating so under indoor light it has an element of reflection but don't let that be a downer. This watch was made for outdoors - and for the marines (or so I have heard) who went to fight in the iraq etc where there is tons of sunlight/outdoor useage. I have had this watch for a year and it still looks brand new! Cheers

  • @seatgurus Also don't forget - this is the "army" version with the green dial manufactured with emphasis on outdoor activities, in case you are worried about the amount of reflection on the dial indoors, then go for the normal version - but what fun would that be!!

  • thx for the review.

i'm riding motorcycle for daily activities, i like the weather forecast feature and the solar powered.

i think i'm gonna buy this watch.

  • Brilliant Review Thank you.

  • @ro7477 I'm not sure I would have any use for the tide & moon function either, I don't even know if it's really useable or just a gimmick. I will try to have a look at the 240 in a store and see how it feels. Cheers!

  • @richardmilk no moon and tide function but is awesome with a lot of tother useful functions

  • Can you make a video showing me how to set the sunrise/sunset feature on my watch? My watch didn't come with an instruction booklet. I would really appreciate it! Thanks! Also, do you see any variations with your altimeter readings when you look at it in the same place a few minutes or an hour later?

  • @kurpaul54 Here is how u change it: Hold ADJUST (6'clock) till city code starts flashing >> Press ADJUST again with "N" (latitude) flashing >> Punch in 41 (using buttons - BARO (3oclock) & COMP (2'clock) >> Press MODE button (7'clock) to toggle to set longitude >> Since you are in Utah punch in 111 (using buttons - BARO and COMP >> Finally press ADJUST button to get back to normality! I know this sounds complicated but if you follow step by step its really simple! Glad could help!

  • @ro7477 got this watch today ,,first it seemed to be really heavy in your review but it is really light .but the dial is really big ...

i dont see the day name display anywhere ,,i guess thhis doesnt have one,and i have to adjust it to my wrist size ,
