It's sad how many legislators are in the pockets of insurance companies. It's pathetic how Americans who aren't being paid off by insurance companies actually are brainwashed to thinking health insurance reform is not necessary. Like empty headed followers in a cult.

The current Health Care Bill being considered by Congress contains over 2,400 pages, and it creates 111 new agencies, and countless panels and committees.

It doesn't conform to any other successful working models of Health Care used by other Nations.

It will begin with an immediate increase in taxes, but it will not begin to provide services for over 3 years from now.

Now, who in their right mind would think such a bureaucracy will work, alone save more lives and money?

Seems to me, most people no longer believe that the Crooks in Washington are trying to help them at all! Most people I talk to mainly complain about how costly prescription drugs and Doctor visits are.

The majority of the people do not want government run health care. Yet congress is determined to jam it down our throats. Congress no longer works for us. They are working for themselves. Only one way to get our government working for us again, "VOTE THEM ALL OUT". Do not re-elect anyone! We need a congress that watches out for the people, not big corporations. We have been sold out.

Sorry, real practices of money doesn't free anyone. No matter how smart you're, monopoly forces you to use credits for productivity so you can scare all your debtors with those huge credit investments in order to push them away from all your inflated operations. There is no real productivity except buying and selling business using credit funds. It's all big black mailings.

Health care reform must be implemented for our safety net to go to work. Otherwise, if you're sick, you finish.

The H/C bill is designed to make doctors quit their practices so they'll be forced to become govt. employees where the pay will be minimal. 8 yrs of schooling for that? NO way jose!

Have you been to one lately? A sea of misery and few EMERGENCIES. Poor people with coughing babies and mothers, everywhere.

It's like a 3rd world country.

Most have to file medical bankruptcy, eventually as they cannot pay the outrageous charges so we all end up paying for them in higher premiums, anyways. What a system!

I agree with Howard Dean. This bill has no public option or medicare expansion and it needs to be scrapped and reconciliation needs to be invoked.

Without any real competetion, Blue Cross still has a monopoly and can just keep jacking rates until all employers and citizens can no longer affors any insurance at all.

Looks like most Americans will have to continue to use The Emergency Room for all their health care needs.

More will die on this proposed plan and they will die poor because this bill will cost everyone a 20% decrease in wages. This bill will break our economy, break small business where the majority of the people work, and it takes away your rights by fining you if you don't buy insurance or putting you in jail.
