Wierd but brilliant - Totally bizzarre melody and chord progression. Love the way the backing keeps cutting out, and joe says "it's a slide whistle solo" twice. Also Joe seems to be some kinda genius at with making unusual lyrics fit with music, All Night Garage is a great example of that.
