The correct avenue at this point in time is to "lay an information" with the court. Our courts are obliged to look into crimes and the accusation is war crimes. As a citizen you have the right to petition the court directly. You do not need to police to arrest him, you just need to fill out a sheet of paper. Then the police can be given the order to detain Bush.
Thanks very much. And you are right, with the Canadian Government currently allied with President Bush, it is in no way possible for the law to be respected in Canada.
