I laugh at cops. They r so funny. U know damn well, they dont have enough space for more than 10 people! And they only have about 2 cuffs per cops. I shud know, i was in a Military Police unit and my uncle is a cop. They make u THINK they will do it. Unless u r disorderly, they cant charge u for being outside without a law that has a curfew!
My alma mater wilding out like that? I don't think it was that bad when I was up there in the early 2000's. I guess all colleges have their fights and problems. Good job to upgrading the campus though as far as apartments.
