In german they are known as "Gesteckpfeife" simply meaning a pipe put together of several pieces.The kind you have there is normaly known as a "souvenir" ;-) Only few people smoke them- and yes, I do!
@Aharndts These pipes are soooo out of fashion here, most pipe smokers would not want to be seen with one! But yes, they smoke really well. I have three and I even smoke them in public! ;-)
