The other Ark city,KS. video provides have blocked me from making comments. The river flooding videos. I had attended the Arkansas city FEMA meetings. The Realtors video. The Arkansas city city employees and city council were blamed by hundreds of residents and prominent business people for intentionally breaching the levies to save preferred portions of the city. Arkansas city blamed it on a Native Americans. Only the poor were forced out by the city. Arkansas city is a shh. don't say anything.

I am from Ark City, but live in Bakersfield CA now. I just watched this with my husband, he learned alot about where I am from, and I have to say this is awesome!!!!! It made me miss Ark City! ^_^
