You crack six eggs into a bowl, whisk them with a four-tined fork, add three pinches of salt, three pinches of pepper, 1/4 cup of chopped chives, 1/4 cup of red peppers and a half cup of grated mozzerella cheese. Sprinkle with onion salt.
Leglocks are no joke! Most schools will not even let you use them until you get to a certain level because of the injuries they can cause! Erik Paulson is the shit when it comes to any submission!
I use to practice these a lot and use them in sparring. I have since discarded most because I was overly concerned about giving up position if the tech failed. However I'm going to reintroduce them because if practised with proficiency I think they can be extremely effective and successful.
Outstanding! first time I had a leg lock tossed one me was when I went and trained in Europe, damn that hurt, love em and I dont see why more people do not utilize them in the ring.
kinda of an old post but, the reason is most dont use them is because you usually have to be a professional fighter to use moves below the waist..far as i know.
its based on catch wrestling. shooto, shootfightng, shoot wrestling..etc = catch wrestlin. it's called pancrase because it's roots lie with greek pankration
i know about the history. Omar ( the demonstrater in the video) trained with funaki ( one of the creators of pancrase). funaki came up with alot of leglock techniques that he taught to his students. pancrase has its roots in catch wrestling ,not actual greek pancration (which has been dead for several thousand years).
Erik Paulson's Killer Omlette Recipe:
You crack six eggs into a bowl, whisk them with a four-tined fork, add three pinches of salt, three pinches of pepper, 1/4 cup of chopped chives, 1/4 cup of red peppers and a half cup of grated mozzerella cheese. Sprinkle with onion salt.
And then you put the toes in the butt.
