Lovely rendition, however, I do feel that if they just played the opening to the Tocatta, then have the Fugue take over afterwards, it'd be better. Of course, it would decrease its length dramatically, but in Phoenix's Nightmare, there's only the opening to the Tocatta, then a short bit of the Fugue.
Looking back, I think this song could have been done a LOT better, if they just based it off of the music from the game, instead of redoing the whole thing.
LOL, the entire thing is directly taken from Fantasy and Fugue in D Minor by Johann Sebastian Bach. I like the song, but there are other, better arrangements of it, and this has almost nothing to do with Phoenix Wright. Why did they include it?
well like the song was the ringtone to that one witness and like even tho it was the ringtone, they could have remixed it up a bit or recreated another theme. it doesn't seem original and doesn't really fit phoenix well, tho it reminds us bak to the intro of case 1 of justice for all
Does anyone else hear faint voices in the background of this song?.. D: I swear I heard at least the word "Everybody" very faintly and muffled.. Other than the creepy factor of the voices, I love this recreation. <3

It's because this song was used in the introduction to case 1 in Justice For All.

In Phoenix Wright 2: Justice for All, it's used in both the first case as the opening, and is used in the last case.

It's so original. There's no song out there like it.

Even if the song it's based on is real.....the only time that's happened in this series.
