Is this game still worth getting if you are not looking to play with other people online? And is it like Fallout 3? Where you get to explore and shit?
@whiteboyjimmy20 There is exploration, but not on such a big scale as in Fallout 3--but that's probably to be expected. But to make up for that, there is a crap load of items and weapons.
It's still really fun to play by yourself, but I think it's much, much more fun to play online with other people, especially with friends. I guess it depends on what kind of player you are.
when i played single playeron the 360, like 5 missions in id have like 7 adult skags attack me randomly, and the missions themselves would have like dudes that took 20 shots apiece to kill, then i replayed the game, no adult skags, no boss characters on a trivial mission
Not really. This game is set up more like an MMO and not just an RPG (hence why it's more fun online). You don't converse with the NPCs (you just accept quests from them), you don't make your own character, etc. It's still a great game; I had no down-sides to it.
I didn't have any problem with lag on single player, and I'm running on the highest graphic settings. I guess it all depends on what kind of computer you have.
I don't have the 360 version, so I wouldn't know about much about it, but from what I read there is practically no lag. You'd have to read some reviews to find out for sure.

I don't think you can on the PC version, but I'm not too sure about the console versions.

I did a google search and it told me that, yes, it is split screen Co-op. Sorry I couldn't answer earlier. 2:24 is sleep time for me. =P

A question: If you play single player mode, you're always alone, the hole game? Or do the other 3 characters help you later in the game?

Single Player mode condemns you to be alone throughout the entire game. =P
But, you can level your character in single player and use that same character online in multiplayer. ;)
