It isn't that difficult not to get hit by him at all. I've hit him 1,000 times without getting hit before. The only thing you are doing wrong is that you are just being reckless with the parry attack. Instead of using a perfectly-timed parry (the reason you got hit all three times), just use your shield. You can block in time (even against his quickest attack). Only use the parry if you can predict when he will strike and his attack doesn't first stop yours.

The only way to win over Orca is only use Parry Attacks! They will almost always work! And you get 2 points for hitting him that way. Sure it takes at least an hour for 1000+ blows that way but. I recommend doing it that way.
