John Upton 20/20 Part 1

Romania seems to have a lot of problems. My boyfriend is Romanian and his family struggle all the time. His mom is ill and disable and his sister is mentally challenged. They do not have much money. Over there they get no help with medical care and they have to pay for all their treatments. It's very sad. In America the government helps you if you are disabled. Over there you need money to be taken care of.

Those nurses can put on an act of `caring` for the children, but every time the nurses go near to them they flinch,scream & show huge signs of dislike!!

Those kids may not have been born retarded. If they were normal at birth, but raised with no contact and left alone in those rooms all day, then their brains don't develop properly.

john i want to thank you so much for saving kids i was in a state home in france because i was deaf and was put there when i was ten i will never forget the iron white cribs that many kids where lying in and tied to i just wish i could do the same like u.
