Great catch, that fog really does it justice. I was able to see the heritage with my own eyes on 92. DO you know if by chance that Amtrak will send 184 on the Star or the Meteor (p092 ,p098)

engines 66, 156, and 184 are all currently in regional ser vice on the CSX RF&P SD as of April 16. I think amtrak wants to keep them close to D.C. for National Train Day

The scheme on 188 is the only scheme I have seen that was CORRECTLY painted to match the actual P42DC. The other ones have the black face on them. I think there is still a phase 3 or phase 4 P42DC, somewhere (There are tons of phase 4 P40s out at the northeastern shop, waiting to get scrapped, used again, or sold)
