  • Yes it is KOREAN! There is a documentry dance of made of this back in 1960. I am just glad they re did the dance. Because it is hardly ever known. :-D

  • omg

    that looks beutiful and hard.

  • Ethnic Korean dance. One can not only tell from the costume, the dancers' look, but also from the names of the choreographer and the lead dancer. Additionally, characteristic Korean music with elements that won't be found in Dai or Mongolian works.

  • you can tell by their faces too ^_^

  • yeah totally korean.

  • This is korean?? WOW!! LOVE THE DANCE...

  • yea, definitely Korean. The sleeves and the style of movement give it away =)

  • hmm sylviango, at first i thought that maybe it was jsut the costume that wasnt dai, but the dance style itself does not resemeble anything like dai. its actually a lot like the mongolian cup on head dance.

  • I have to disagree with that. The style is definitely not mongolian. However, I do agree with sylviango that it looks korean. I'll change it later.

  • I don't think long89 meant that it's mongolian, just that it's similar to the mongolian cup on head style dancing.

    Definitely Korean. ^_^

  • their costumes look chow sien tzu (korean). this is definitely not dai
