I really liked playing the game but at one point during some space mission it crashed on me and would not let me play any further. I enjoyed playing it that far though but I never rode the helicopter and the robot.

Only 7 look alike planets

Stupid-ass AI (enemies dont run away from your weak-ass grenade, they run TOWARDS your stupid-ass grenade. Just like stupid-ass zombies from L4D)

Weak organic weapons

Really hard damn hard (even on Easy monsters rape you with their claws, and marauders make only headshots)

Bugs! (How to make shitloads of money: 1-Move as much items to your inventory from the shop. 2- switch to modifications. 3-switch back to shop. 4-your money back+things bought. 4-??? 5-Profit)

Absolutely silent NPCs (!!!)

Riding a Robot and a Helicoter happens only once in the whole game

Extremely stupid story, with HORRIBLE storytelling

Very low variety of useful weapons (i cant see a reason to use a shotgun instead of an assault rifle)

Buggy outdoors

6 different looks of citizens (the whole city is swarming with clones)

English translation... nuff said

Helicopters... nuff said

If you mess with the law... u'll get killed, this is not Elder Scrolls

Well just about all bugs are now patched, graphics are being updated, mods mean the entire thing can do English now deep shadows are just looking for a new publisher

For those Western gamers interested in playing this game, V1.0 of the English translation patch is out and can be found on the Patches Scrolls website.

It also has a patch for game version 1.1.

Copies of The Precursors can be found on Ebay, help support the game so that an expansion will be made.

This game seem to be in beta stage, I wont pay for it. Couldnt even read the text in the game it was just too small, X looks like H ect. This game got plenty of issues ..... missing sounds, graphic glitches, very strange mouse aim, crashing into planet buggs, ... cant change resolution or textsize, too small backpack, not good for lazy people like me. Spending too much time just to put items in the car, and every time its out of ammo I got to transfer the items to a new car.

Is it just me or do the sound effects sound like the same sound effects in Perfect Dark? The original for N64. I'm not joking anymore, they sound the same lol.

Nothing wrong with that. Perfect Dark had some good sound effects for a Nintendo 64 game, considering it's limitations.

The game was released in Russia on Dec 4th, 2009! Apparently, it is pretty good. Hope it gets an English release... This year would be nice, too ;)

I hope the space fighter parts aren't frustrating.

I have been playing this game called Mace Griffin Bounty Hunter, which in general is an okay FPS/Space fighter game, but some of the space battles are frustratingly hard sometimes.

I fear that this game will suffer from the curse of most East European and Russian games, revealed to be suffering from bugs and bad translation.

It to be different would be nice for a change.

@HunTer4SOulSdamned Figures. Guess they can barely ever get translations proper, both the written dialog and finding suitable voice actors, whatever way it is done.

Only serious effort is probably done on console games.

Man, I have seen 3 trailers 2007, 2008 and 2009 are set in each for release. Hope it eventually comes out and is not full of bugs.
