I bought one from this guy at the Orange County Fair 2 years ago and I have never used it. I couldn't figure out how to make inside out rolls or specialty rolls with a topping with this device so I just learned use a sushi mat. Having a heck of a time finding a video that shows how to make the rolls I want with this device. The instruction booklet is pretty useless in that regard.
