when you're slashing a robot, its "something else" is black... but! when the robot is "dead" lying on the floor, there is definitely red blood under it...

No, in the marvel universe Robert Kelly is a senator who hates mutants and uses his political power to start programs that capture and or kill them and other anti mutant stuff and of course the character Robert Kelly was created before R.Kelly came along so they are not the same guy besides senator Robert Kelly is white R.Kelly is black unless they changed that in this game for some reason
