... This song is by Jennifer Cihi. Even check JC's myspace music page, it shows the songs she did on Sailor Moon and yes, "My Only Love" is one of them. You can even check the other sailor moon songs done by JC, the vocals are identical to this. JLH was just a stupid rumour started by people who didn't know the actual singer of this song, and thought it was her because her voice sounded similar to JC's.
