@dm002a8686 Haha, Thanks for the comments. I would like to see an update of my tank also. lol. I have been very busy working out of town. The Cyano is back and the fishes are doing good I am told. I really don't want to add too much more until I get the Cyano under control. Keep the updates coming so I can live through your tank. lol.

Cool tank, the cyano is a pain but you are doing the right steps to get rid of it. I had the same problem with cyano and hair algae but it is all gone now.

I'll be honest mith you man...I didn't like the buna liverock I do not like the shape I feel I can't create a good acuascape with it, I probably replace this liverock for the fiji premium from liveaquaria before putting livestocke in my tank...I never had any issues with the fiji before....what do you think

@karlek110188 Well, I have a mixture of the Buna, Fiji and the Primo Deco. This may be why I do not have any issues trying to get a good aquascape with the rocks. My Buna rock seems to be doing very well for me.I really like the crevices and all the holes that It provides for livestock. My blenny and the shrimps are constantly going in and out of the Buna rock. They seem to like it a lot. It all comes down to personal preference I guess. I hope that all goes well for you with the new rock.

@karlek110188 Well, after the dye off... My rock turned a bit more white. Actually, when I blow off the rock, it seems quite "ashy". What I mean is, there seems to be a layer of dye off on the rock. I think this will go away aver time as the tank matures. So, If this is what you mean by 'bleaching" then mine went through the same cycle.

@karlek110188 Haha, That's pretty cool. I love mine. Even if subs think that it's overpriced. I just set it up and walk away. Very cool. Actually, most all of the animals, coral and fishes fit in the small one that I have. The XL is 1.5 gallons and quite large. Glad that you like the purchase. Wait until you use it.

now i'm having problems with my sand bed man.....the grains are too small and mp10 just blow all the sand...now I have to remove that sand and use the one I was using in my preview tank. :(

@karlek110188 I feel your pain. I am very tired of the fishes blowing the sand around in my tank. You must have an issue with the MP10 because the tank not very tall. So, the current pulls the sand.

@karlek110188 The peeling is from the die off. This will be fine. Between months 2 & 3 you will start to see the life in the system explode. It's really cool.

@aubel07 Thanks, My wife feeds the fishes twice per day now. And, she target feeds the clowns and sometimes the Tang. This way, most of the food is consumed and not floating around the water column. She also tops of the sump every day as I don't have the ATO figured out yet.

@AquaStudent ROFL. Very funny. I don't think that I can fit in the display with my scuba gear. However, I did dive at the EPCOT Aquarium. It was pretty cool. lol

Tanks doing real good! My clowns bit me a couple times :/ but eventually they stopped and they leave me alone when i stick my hands in the tank. I love the RKE, if i ever get a bigger tank RKE is the way to go.

@ArcAngel9008 I really wish I had set it up in the beginning. BTW, do you know how to set up the actinics with the multi timer? I wanted them to come on in the am, off in the mid day and on again in the pm. However, they seem to have a mind of their own. I had to set them on the normal timer while I am away.
