Apart from Meteorology I have degrees in various science subjects and I am not convinced at all about the global warming scam. The 'warming' is a normal solar cycle and this would happen without the help from man. Maybe it is you that needs an education, you should try it out sometime.

I think world has a responsibility to protect these islands since it it the countries who make these sea level to rise have like the principle of polluter pay- pay for protecting the islands and at the same time take quick measures to reduce glomab warming co2.

An interesting piece. I've worked in the Maldives and it truly is a unique and special place but one which is highly at risk from changes to our climate. Lets hope the bigger, more developed nations, renegotiating the climate agreement are reponsible enough to do the right thing so that the Maldives has a bright future.
