I was with this group of people at Upper Landing Park when this happened. The majority of the people were not there protesting, but rather trying to get to a concert on the other side of the river. The police completely walled off the area and closed in on the hundreds there, arresting a lot of people who had nothing to do with the protests.
In a preceding video, It shows these people moving in on the police with shields and wearing masks. The police fired tear gas to keep them back. They ran to the park and were they followed by the police and are being arrested. There playing dumb like they don't know why there getting arrested. They hope you buy there story.

I certainly don't condone violence, but you arrest the violent people. These police forces have been just arresting everybody indiscriminately, they have been arresting activists as they arrive in town, and have committed no crime. Fine, they release people in a day or so but you should be able to be in the city with a sign and a voice, in a democracy. Dissent is democratic.

Those who resisted were subdued.

I was with this group of people at Upper Landing Park when this happened. The majority of the people were not there protesting, but rather trying to get to a concert on the other side of the river. The police completely walled off the area and closed in on the hundreds there, arresting a lot of people who had nothing to do with the protests.
